Mr. Titowsky is a seasoned attorney who brings to NAM his deep experience in the handling of personal injury, labor law and medical malpractice matters. Throughout his 40-year legal career, he has represented clients throughout the New York Metropolitan area in thousands of cases both in court litigations and private mediations.

Based in Rochester, Judge Lunn adds further depth to NAM’s experienced team of neutrals serving the upstate and western regions of New York State.

Clients will be eligible for reduced administrative and hourly fees for cases with minimum policy limits of $25K that are submitted to NAM and are mediated by a NAM mediation panel member.

When the New York State Child Victims Act was enacted in 2019, the legislature created a look back window that allowed survivors of childhood sexual abuse to file lawsuits through August 2021. Since then, more than 10,000 lawsuits were filed, and are now making their way through the court system. This program will discuss updates in case law, and the use of mediation to resolve these cases.
