NAM'S GLOBAL MEDIATION DAYS SCHEDULED FOR DECEMBER 4TH AND DECEMBER 11th, 2015
NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) has invited all plaintiff and defendant firms and insurance carriers to participate in the company’s major fourth quarter settlement initiatives on Friday, December 4, 2015 in its Garden City office and on Friday December 11, 2015 in its Manhattan office. These 2 days will likely be the largest volume mediation events during the fourth quarter of 2015. Participants will receive a 10% discount off the NAM administrative fee.
Below are the details for both days:
Friday, December 4, 2015 at NAM's Garden City office located at 990 Stewart Ave., First Floor, Garden City, NY 11530.
Friday, December 11, 2015 at NAM's Manhattan office located at 122 East 42 Street, Suite 803, New York, NY 10168.
Many of NAM's top-rated Mediators will be available to facilitate the resolution of a substantial number of claims. NAM expects more than 50 plaintiff firms and multiple carriers to participate.
This is an excellent opportunity for attendees to settle cases with several carriers and multiple firms in one day and at one location.
NAM's previous large-scale settlement initiatives in 2012, 2013, 2014 and this past summer resulted in the resolution of more than 80% of the cases mediated.
Roy Israel, President and CEO of NAM stated, “I am very excited about this December’s initiative and look forward to seeing many of our clients at these Global Mediation Days. Considering the success of NAM’s most recent mediation events, I am confident that we will continue to experience exceptional results at this year’s event.”
Mediators that are scheduled for these days are: Hon. Elizabeth Bonina; Richard Byrne, Esq.; Hon. Robert W. Doyle; Joseph L. Ehrlich, Esq.; Lawrence S. Farbman, Esq.; Susan Hernandez, Esq.; Howard Kaplan, Esq. and Hon. E. Michael Kavanagh.
