NAM OFFERS NEW VIDEO CONFERENCING TECHNOLOGY
NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) is pleased to announce the expansion of its Video Conferencing Services. NAM’s offices are equipped to provide state of the art online video conferencing capability.
In addition to traditional video conferencing solutions that provide face to face interaction with remote participants, NAM’s Video Conference Services allow for online collaboration through desktop sharing. This feature enables participants to view presentations, videos and pictures from their PC at home, in the office, or on the road. It is a highly beneficial option when attending the conference in person is just not possible.
Clients are also utilizing the service to introduce employees to the arbitration and mediation process in a cost-effective manner.
We are now able to host up to 25 participants on a conference at one time. This is enabling NAM to host not only traditional conferences, but also provide training sessions and webinars for our staff and neutrals as NAM continues to grow in the market place.
This is one of the many ways NAM ensures that our clients and partners have the latest and most innovative technology at their fingertips ensuring premium services are provided. This new service is a welcomed addition to the company’s portfolio of services, especially as demand for NAM's dispute resolution services grows at a record pace nationally.
NAM maintains conference facilities throughout New York State, including Manhattan, Garden City, Brooklyn, Westchester, Staten Island and Buffalo.
