NAM LAUNCHES NEW myADR MOBILE APP FOR iPHONE, iPAD AND ANDROID DEVICES
NAM is pleased to announce that it has launched a new mobile application. The myADR mobile app provides NAM clients with instant access to all of their alternative dispute resolution data. Users can now update and oversee all of their cases with a full array of case management applications. Clients can electronically sign ADR contracts, receive case decisions as soon as they are available, receive automated case confirmations two days prior to a scheduled case, view their schedule of upcoming hearings, review the status of all pending cases and have access to post-mediation agreements and decisions. Additionally, the new myADR app gives NAM clients access to all roster and hearing officer profiles and the capability to submit new cases - all available on their mobile phone.
myADR is a unique patented dispute resolution case management system designed to empower clients with real-time case status reports, and is an online portal into NAM’s in-house system. The myADR app is available for iPhone, iPad and Android devices, and is a one-of-a-kind application available for free to all NAM clients nationwide.
The myADR app can be found at the App Store and Google Play using the search word "myadr".
Once the app is installed and opened, users select “Sign In” if they already have a myADR Username and Password (used for the "browser-based" version of myADR) or select “Create an Account” to acquire a myADR Username and Password.
Roy Israel, President and CEO of NAM stated: “The myADR app is a state-of-the-art way for our clients to stay on top of their ADR schedules and programs. The application will translate to even quicker, more efficient and convenient access to all mission critical data. This innovative app also demonstrates our commitment to enhancing the client experience with applications that help strengthen their connection to NAM and stay current with all their ADR needs while on the go.”
