October 2, 2014

NAM announced today that the number of SUM/UM case submissions has increased by 65% over similar type cases last year. Furthermore, the number of submitting law firms and insurers also increased significantly. This year’s results are part of a multi-year uptrend in SUM/UM cases processed by the company.

Roy Israel, NAM President and CEO, stated “It makes perfect sense that our client’s are looking to NAM to assist in the resolution of their SUM/UM cases. The NAM process is familiar to them, they have access to the same high quality panel of neutrals that they use on their other matters and, they continue to receive superior customer service and state of the art facilities for the resolution of their cases. The administration of SUM/UM cases is a natural extension of NAM’s Personal Injury Division and provides our clients with an exceptional alternative to the more traditional methods that they have used in the past to resolve these disputes.”

NAM’s neutrals are available to Arbitrate and/or Mediate SUM/UM cases throughout the NY Metro region. For additional information, or to submit a case, please contact your NAM Account Executive by telephone at 516-794-8950; or e-mail to:
