HOWARD J. KAPLAN, ESQ. AUTHORS ARTICLE TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE NEW YORK LAW JOURNAL SPECIAL ARBITRATION REPORT

In the article, Mr. Kaplan explores the distinct advantages of arbitration over traditional litigation and
examines important topics such as the best time to arbitrate, selecting the right arbitrator and the pre-arbitration submission. A longtime proponent of arbitration, Mr. Kaplan states, “every practitioner, and their principals, would be wise to give serious consideration to arbitration as a preferred method to resolving disputes. It’s time efficient and cost-effective, and its benefits far outweigh the risks of a courtroom battle.”
