HON. THOMAS E. MERCURE JOINS NAM’S NEW YORK PANEL OF NEUTRALS
NAM is pleased to announce the addition of Hon. Thomas E. Mercure to its New York Panel of Neutrals.
Judge Mercure served on the bench for 33 years and has the distinction of being the longest serving appellate court justice in the 118-year history of the 3rd Department. He has heard more than 21,000 appeals and wrote more than 3,000 signed opinions. His wealth of experience as a jurist in settling cases makes him well-qualified to be a fair and impartial arbitrator and a distinguished addition to NAM’s New York roster. During his years on the bench he has heard a wide variety of cases involving complex subject matters including commercial litigation, property disputes, medical malpractice, premises liability and products liability.
