HON. JOHN P. DIBLASI SELECTED A 2016 SUPER LAWYER FOR THE FOURTH YEAR IN A ROW

Hon. John P. DiBlasi
NAM is proud to announce that Hon. John. P. DiBlasi has been selected a New York Metro Super Lawyer by the prestigious publication Super Lawyers Magazine, which recognizes outstanding lawyers in the New York Metro region who exhibit excellence in their practice. Only 5% of attorneys in the New York Metro area receive this honor. This is the fourth year in a row that Judge DiBlasi has received this honorable distinction.

Judge DiBlasi has mediated over 3,000 cases and his ADR practice centers on resolving Commercial, International, Finance, Employment, Entertainment, Land Use, and Professional Malpractice matters. As a mediator, he has developed a reputation for settling the most complex matters. As a commercial arbitrator, he has the skills to digest and analyze expert testimony, complex contracts and documents, and to render prompt and well-reasoned decisions.

Judge DiBlasi’s other accomplishments include being ranked the #1 mediator in the United States by the National Law Journal Reader Rankings Survey for 3 years in a row, and being named a 2016 National Law Journal Alternative Dispute Resolution Champion, as part of a select group of only 48 nationwide. Judge DiBlasi was voted a Top 10 Mediator in the New York Law Journal’s Annual Survey for 7 consecutive years. He was voted “Best International Mediator” and “Best Financial Markets Mediator”, and ranked one of the Top Ten Arbitrators in New York State in the “Best Individual Arbitrator” category. He holds an AV Preeminent peer rating from Martindale-Hubbell in both Alternative Dispute Resolution and Litigation – a distinction given only to those who possess the highest ethical standards and professional ability.

Hon. DiBlasi is the former presiding Justice of the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Westchester County, and creator of that court’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.

Judge DiBlasi hears cases throughout New York State, the United States and internationally.
