HON. JOHN DIBLASI AND KENNETH GRUNDSTEIN, ESQ. INDUCTED INTO THE NEW YORK CHAPTER OF THE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF DISTINGUISHED NEUTRALS
NAM announced today that New York panel members Hon. John DiBlasi and Kenneth Grundstein, Esq. have been inducted as Charter Members of the New York Academy of Mediators & Arbitrators (NYAMA), the New York Chapter of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. Membership to the Academy is by invitation-only, with a strict peer-nomination vote and extensive client-interview vetting procedure, intended to ensure that only the top 5-10% of qualifying practitioners in each state are invited to join the network. The membership consists of mediators and arbitrators distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil/commercial conflict resolution and by their commitment to the practice of alternative dispute resolution.
In addition to this latest recognition, Judge DiBlasi has been named by the New York Law Journal Reader Rankings as one of the top two mediators in New York State in 2010 and 2011. He has mediated almost 1,500 cases and facilitated the settlement of complex commercial litigation involving contracts, employment, entertainment law, real property/land use matters and environmental litigation, in addition to the division of settlements on mass tort claims or class action suits.
