NAM is pleased to announce that Erica B. Garay, Esq., has joined NAM’s commercial panel of neutrals in the N.Y. Metro area. Ms. Garay is a longtime proponent of Alternative Dispute Resolution and an accomplished commercial litigator with over 35 years of experience. She has mediated issues as a neutral in a variety of areas including employment discrimination, non-competition and other restrictive covenants and trade secrets, and business disputes including medical billing and breach of contract, real estate development, hotel management and a wide array of commercial matters. She has had experience litigating a diverse caseload including matters involving corporate and partnership dissolutions, shareholder disputes, derivative suits, business valuations, employment law and general business representation.
