View Event Flyer ()
When: Thursday, Oct. 20th, 2011
Where: NAM Offices - Garden City, New York
NAM invites all plaintiff firms to participate in what will likely be its largest volume, single-day settlement initiative in the fourth quarter of 2011.
Many of NAM's top-rated Mediators will be available to facilitate the resolution of a significant number of claims. NAM expects more than 40 plaintiff firms and multiple carriers to participate in an effort to close out files by year-end. This is an excellent opportunity for program participants to settle cases with several carriers and multiple firms in one day and at one location.
NAM's last single-day settlement initiative, in early 2011, resulted in the settlement of 80% of the cases mediated and millions of dollars in claims resolved.
Thus far, participating carriers will be: Zurich, Nationwide, Liberty Mutual, GMAC, Lancer, Utica First and York Claims. Additional carriers may be added.
Mediators that are scheduled for this day are: Robert Adams, Esq., Joseph L. Ehrlich, Esq., Hon. Ira Gammerman, Hon. Bertram R. Gelfand, Hon. Patrick A. Sweeney and Hon. William C. Thompson. Additional mediators will likely be added.
If you have cases that you would like to mediate that are "ready" (all medicals/reports/authorizations have been sent), and would like to have them scheduled on 10/20/2011, please call your NAM Account Executive at 516-794-8950, fax at 516-794-8518, or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include the following information with your case submission:
-Your name, firm name and phone number
-Name of your client and full case caption
-Carrier, adjuster, phone number, claim number and DOL
Participating plaintiff firms will receive a 10% discount off their NAM administrative fee.
