NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINES NAMES NAM AS ITS ARBITRATION ADMINISTRATOR
Norwegian Cruise Lines has named National Arbitration and Mediation, Inc. (NAM), one of the nation's leading dispute resolution providers, as the administrator of its arbitrations of non-personal injury passenger claims. In accordance with the terms of the passenger Ticket Contract, specified claims shall be referred to and resolved exclusively by binding arbitration.
