MICHAEL P. DAUMEN, ESQ. JOINS NAM'S PANEL TO HANDLE MATTERS IN BUFFALO, ROCHESTER AND SYRACUSE, NEW YORK
NAM announced today that Michael P. Daumen, Esq, former Principal Law Clerk to the Honorable Frank A. Sedita, Jr. since 1998, has joined NAM's panel and will be available to hear matters throughout the Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse area. He will be based in NAM's newest location at 69 Delaware Ave, Suite 1103, Buffalo, NY, 14202
During the past 12 years, Mr. Daumen has successfully resolved more than 2,400 civil cases and his non-trial resolutions have been accomplished in both arbitration and mediation settings. He has resolved every type of injury claim including auto, premises, construction, products liability and medical malpractice. He also has significant experience in deciding environmental, zoning, tax assessment, insurance coverage and contract issues.
In addition to his responsibilities at NAM, Mr. Daumen is an adjunct professor in the trial program at the University of Buffalo Law School where he teaches trial techniques. He is also a faculty member with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA). In this capacity he teaches deposition and trial skills to attorneys across the country.
Prior to his position as a full-time law clerk, Mr. Daumen maintained a law practice devoted solely to trial work.
