JUDGE BERTRAM R. GELFAND JOINS NAM IN NEW YORK


Hon. Bertram Gelfand NAM, one of the nation's premier dispute resolution companies, is pleased to announce that effective November 1, 2008, Judge Bertram R. Gelfand became exclusively affiliated with the company. Judge Gelfand joins NAM in New York after having worked with our company and various ADR providers within the state. Having heard thousands of cases, he has proven to be one of the most sought after Hearing Officers, with a mediation settlement percentage of almost 80%. He has earned a reputation as having exceptional analytical and communication skills and he is amongst the most effective dispute resolution professionals for complex and high-stakes matters.
