NAM ANNOUNCES THE OPENING OF ITS MATRIMONIAL DIVISION
HON. RICHARD S. LAWRENCE, FLORENCE FASS, ESQ. AND HOWARD JURIST, ESQ. JOIN NAM'S NEW MATRIMONIAL DIVISION
GARDEN CITY, NY - NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) is pleased to announce that it is now providing ADR services to resolve issues relating to domestic relations disputes. The company will be offering its services to the matrimonial bar as NAM's primary focus is to provide a dispute resolution forum to represented parties. In addition to general divorce mediation, the company will be offering services for Collaborative Law matters for instances in which counsel have reached an impasse, as well as post divorce economic arbitration.
The initial panel, consisting of Hon. Richard Lawrence, Florence Fass, Esq. and Howard Jurist, Esq. will resolve matters venued in Nassau and Suffolk County.
Hon. Richard S. Lawrence is a former Justice of the Supreme Court and Family Court, Nassau County handling matrimonial matters as well as a private practitioner for 30 years. He is among the most published Family Court Judges in NY State, Chairperson of the Nassau County Bar Association Family Law & Procedure Committee, a member and frequent lecturer for the NYS Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, Nassau Academy of Law, and various area educational institutions.
Florence Fass, Esq. is widely respected as a leading matrimonial practitioner, being both a distinguished attorney and a certified divorce mediator. Ms. Fass, a partner in the law firm of Fass & Greenberg, LLP, serves as an outstanding and frequent lecturer for the New York State, Nassau County, and Suffolk County Bar Associations, and prides herself on being in the forefront of the current developments in matrimonial and family law.
Howard Jurist, Esq. has been a matrimonial law practitioner for more than 30 years, and is well respected member of the Nassau County Bar Association/Matrimonial Law Committee, New York State Bar Association/ Family Law Committee, frequent lecturer on matrimonial law and former adjunct faculty member at the Hofstra University School of Law.
