NATIONWIDE LEADER IN DISPUTE RESOLUTION NAMES NEW NORTHEAST REGIONAL MANAGING PARTNER
BOSTON, MA - Ms. Nitanya Andrews, Esq. has joined one of the nation's premier dispute resolution providers, National Arbitration and Mediation, Inc. (NAM), as its Northeast Regional Managing Partner. Previously, she had served NAM as one of its Hearing Officers.
Ms. Andrews brings to NAM broad legal and insurance experience. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and The American BAR Association. She brings a wealth of experience and a reputation for being both knowledgeable and fair, having represented both defendant and plaintiff clients in a myriad of different case types. Her prior positions include: Massachusetts Hearing Officer for Arbitrations and Mediations; Attorney; Regional Major Case Director at Traveler's Property & Casualty Company; Home Office Casualty Claims Consultant for Commercial Union Insurance Company; and Claim Supervisor for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
Ms. Andrews stated: “I have worked for some of the best insurance companies in the industry, argued on behalf of plaintiffs and served as a neutral Hearing Officer for several dispute resolution organizations. My new position with NAM allows me to continue my pursuit of bringing parties together to amicably settle their disputes.
